A second dwelling solution to the challenging search for affordable land in the Tasman region. This young family required a functional house that would celebrate the views and sky over the Waimea Plains that would provide them with a chance to be with extended family and be conveniently located to work and schooling. High ceilings, large sliders bathe this house in light and make you feel like you are not just looking at the landscape but part of it.
